Exida certifies Cameron’s Tk Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves For Functional Safety

exida, the global leader in functional safety certification for the process industries, has issued a functional safety certification per IEC 61508 for Cameron’s TK® trunnion mounted ball valves.

The certification ensures that the valves meet the functional safety requirements for Safety Integrity Level (SIL) 3 capable per IEC 61508.

Foster Wheeler Wins British Safety Council Five Star Occupational Health and Safety Audit Award

Foster Wheeler AG (Nasdaq: FWLT) announced today that Foster Wheeler Energy Limited (FWEL), the UK subsidiary of its Global Engineering and Construction Group, has won the prestigious Five Star Occupational Health and Safety Management System Audit Award from the British Safety Council.

The award follows a Five Star Audit, in which the British Safety Council reviewed the overall health and safety management system of FWEL’s operation in Middlesbrough, Teesside, in the north east of England.
