With our netTAP 100 module you can connect with nearly 1000 protocol combinations. netTAP 100 can link major fieldbuses with real time Industrial Ethernets and either of those with a serial protocol! You can even use it to write your own serial protocol in as little as a few hours using netSCRIPT, our scripting tool. The standard module is available with master and slave protocols on either side and the following protocols are supported:
CANopen, DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, CCLink, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, POWERLINK, PROFINET, SERCOS III, MB/RTU, MB ASCII RS232, RS422 and RS485
The configuration tool is FDT/DTM-based for ease of use, ensuring you're up and running with the minimum of fuss. A standard USB port is used for configuration, for loading network firmware and for diagnostics. netTAP 100 also supports both Flash and SD cards for easy storage, duplication and transfer of configuration data to other gateway modules.
